    Creator of the Kiron Method®

An innovator in equine-assisted interventions, Nathalie developed the Kiron® Method in 2006. This experiential psycho-physical methodology places the patient (psychotherapy) or client (coaching) in an experiential situation with horses through specific exercises performed on the ground (without riding the horses). The fundamentals of the methodology are based on equine ethology combined with the horse as a mirror and mediator. Over the years, patients undergoing addiction detoxification treatment (approximately 2,500 patients), as well as those in individual and/or family therapy, have been treated (approximately 125,000 hours of equine-assisted mediation) with this innovative methodology.

Nathalie has taught the Kiron® Method for 15 years and provides supervision sessions to professionals and/or students.

Psychotherapist of the deep unconscious analysing the dream world and archetypes

‘Within each of us, there is another whom we do not know, who speaks to us through dreams’ (C. Jung). Dreams are psychic creations that exist outside the development of consciousness but communicate directly with it. Nathalie works with dreams/nightmares in psychotherapy, which allows her to uncover themes from the patient's deep unconscious.

    Psychogenealogy, a powerful tool

Nathalie uses psycho-genealogy in all her sessions. It is a research technique that analyses our family history and the events that mark and influence our lives on an individual level and that of our ancestors. It allows us to read, honour and heal our family tree, reaffirming our life purpose and our history in relation to our families, our parents and our lineage.

"The weight of genealogical memory is transmitted during the parental project at the conception of the child through the desire of the ancestors to

see their own desires fulfilled" P. Castillo

    Jungian Art Therapist

Using art as a therapeutic tool, Nathalie promotes emotional expression and the discovery of new meanings through creativity. She uses the Sand Tray methodology, developed by Jung's student, Dora Kalff. The patient uses miniatures to set up scenarios on a sand tray, allowing them to externalise emotions, anxieties, problems and/or recurring situations.
